When in a 'Watch Over Me' session, you will need to mark yourself as safe before the timer reaches zero. If the timer reaches zero, and you have not marked yourself as safe, an automatic alarm will be sent to your guardians.
To mark yourself as safe:
Start a 'Watch Over Me' session if you haven't already done so. Instructions here
Tap the 'I'm Safe' button
Enter your 4-digit PIN. This prevents anyone else who might have access to your phone from falsely marking you safe
Once entered, tap 'I'm Safe'
You're now marked as safe and are no longer being watch over by your guardians
