A Distress Phrase is a unique word or sentence visible only to your guardians and our ADT-backed professional responders. Once set, you can use your Distress Phrase while on the phone to discreetly signal you need immediate help.
Some examples include:
Did you lock the front door?
Did you feed the cat?
I'm feeling a little under the weather.
To set a Distress Phrase, simply:
Tap the 'menu' button in the upper left corner of the screen
Tap 'Distress Phrase'
Enter your desired Distress Phrase, then tap 'Confirm'
