If you no longer need your Callie account, requesting that it is deleted from our systems is super easy!
Open the Callie mobile app and tap the 'Menu' button
Tap 'Settings'
Scroll down and tap 'Delete account'
Confirm your deletion request by typing "delete" in the text box
Tap "Confirm" to finalise your request
After 30 days of submitting your deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted.
If you log in before 30 days have passed, your deletion request will be cancelled and your account will resume as normal.
