Why is my location/GPS information not working?

Callie only shares your location when you're in a 'Watch Over Me' session or trigger an alert. However, if locations are still not working, there may be something wrongly configured on your device.

To help find the problem we built an in-app location troubleshooter:

  1. Open the Callie app

  2. Ensure that you are logged into an account

  3. Tap the 'Menu' button at the top left

  4. Tap 'Settings'

  5. Scroll down and tap 'Location troubleshooting'

  6. The app will now perform a series of tests

    1. If a problem is found, the device will highlight it and suggest how to fix

    2. If no problems are found, all the checks will have a green tick
